1. Digital Products and License All products on triovector.com are digital files (such as SVG, DXF, EPS, PNG). By purchasing a design, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files as follows:

  • Permitted Use: You may use our designs to create physical products (such as wood signs, acrylic crafts, t-shirts, etc.) for personal use or for your small business.

  • Prohibited Use: You may NOT resell, share, distribute, or give away the original digital files in any digital format. You may not alter the digital file and claim it as your own digital work.

2. Pricing and Payments All prices on our website are subject to change without notice. We use secure third-party payment providers to process your payments. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or an unauthorized transaction is suspected.

3. Delivery of Goods Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your digital files. A download link will also be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

4. Returns and Refunds Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Please refer to our separate Refund and Return Policy for detailed information on the exceptional circumstances under which we might issue a refund.

5. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including but not limited to the digital designs, images, text, and logo, is the property of triovector.com and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability triovector.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or our digital products, including but not limited to any damage to your materials, laser cutters, or CNC machines.
