Digital Products All products sold on triovector.com are digital downloads (such as SVG, DXF, EPS, and PNG files). No physical items will be shipped to you.
Because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed and the download link is provided.
Exceptions We stand behind our products and your satisfaction is important to us. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in the following exceptional cases:
Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same design more than once.
Technical Issues: The downloaded file is corrupted or defective, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue or provide a working file.
Buyer’s Responsibility It is the buyer’s responsibility to check software and machine compatibility before purchasing. We provide information about file formats in every product description. Refunds will not be granted if you purchase a file format that is incompatible with your software, laser cutter, or CNC machine.
